• Magicians are $175.00 each
• Spouses are $85.00 each
• Juniors (under 16) are $85.00
• Dealer Booths (With professional pipe & drape and table) are $100.00 each
• At-the-door registration is $200.00 each (if not sold out)
Internet Registration Instructions:
1. FILL IN the form below completely;
2. CALCULATE your total fees, note the amount on paper; [Example: 1 Magician, 1 Spouse, and 1 Dealer booth = $360.00]
3. Push the SUBMIT button to send it to Kramien.
